Privacy notice

This site collects one thing: the details you type into the interest form. Here is exactly what happens to them.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your child's age — a number only. We deliberately do not ask for their name, so nothing here identifies your child.
• Your description of their swimming, so groups can be streamed fairly.
• The date and time you registered, and the version of the consent wording shown to you at the time.

Why

To gauge demand for camps, and to email you when one is confirmed near you. Consent is the lawful basis, given when you submit the form: “By registering you agree to be emailed about upcoming camps. Unsubscribe any time.”

Who sees it

Ryan Larkin only. It is never sold, and never shared with clubs, venues or anyone else without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Registrations are deleted 18 months after your last contact with us, or immediately on request — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email, and you can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing ryan@larkinswim.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
